It's The Fightin' Illini in Pasadena!
Captain Rat and the Blind Rivets have re-recorded and re-released their smash 1983 hit "The Fighting Illini in Pasadena", in honor of the Illini's upcoming trip to the Rose Bowl!

It's Captain Rat and the Blind Rivets in Pasadena- California Gigs!
Captain Rat and The Blind Rivets has been selected by the University of Illinois Alumni Association to be the featured entertainment for their New Year's Eve Gala, at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel! There will be a special New Year's Eve toast at 10PM PST, midnight Illinois time!
The band will also play for the New Year's Day Illini Tailgate at the Rose Bowl, from 11AM to 1PM
We feel this is most cool as we were the featured entertainment at the 1984 Rose Bowl events as well. Who Says You Can't Go Back!
